With more than a decade of experience working at the Consulate General of Mexico in Los Angeles and Santa Ana, Attorney Delgado understands not only the legal process, but also the real challenges faced by Mexican families living in the United States.

Trusted Advocate for Families with Ties to Mexico

With more than 15 years of binational experience, The Mexican Attorney Annel Delgado has an in-depth understanding of the legal systems of both Mexico and the United States. She earned her Law Degree from Universidad Autonoma de Baja California (UABC) and specialized in Consular Law and International Humanitarian Law through Washington College of Law.

She began her career in the Consular Protection Department at the Consulate General of Mexico in Los Angeles and Santa Ana, where for more than 10 years she provided legal assistance to the immigrant community in matters involving legal identity, documentation, property rights, and other complex legal cases within the public sector.

Today, she leads MEX-USA Legal Services LLC, a California-based binational legal firm specializing in Mexican dual citizenship, birth certificate corrections, apostilles, powers of attorney, and legal representation in Mexico without having to leave the United States.

Over 6 Years Helping families Navigate Cross-Border Documentation

With more than 5 years of experience assisting families with cross-border legal documentation, Nancy Lopez has developed specialized knowledge in complex birth certificate corrections, Mexican dual citizenship applications, and legal file preparation for matters in Mexico.

Her attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to client service help ensure that every case is prepared accurately and efficiently from start to finish.

Nancy provides bilingual support in English and Spanish and works closely with clients throughout every stage of the process.
